Returns & Exchanges

You may exchange or return all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item(s) have not been used or worn.

RETURNS: Follow the steps prompted by the link below. You will choose the items you want to return. The request will be submitted to us. We will approve the request. Then you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Put the label on the package and drop it off at your local post office. Once the item has reached our warehouse you will be issued a refund with in 7 days of arrival. The refund will post to your bank within 3 business days.

EXCHANGES:  Follow the steps prompted by the link below. You will choose the items you want to exchange. The request will be submitted to us. We will approve the request. Then you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Put the label on package and  drop it off at your local post office. Once the item has reached our warehouse you will receive store credit to purchase a new size or item on our website.

Please know when sending in a return or an exchange, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. However, regarding an exchange of goods, we will pick up the cost of shipping when sending out the replacement items.

If you feel your item is damaged or defective please contact us directly at hi@hardbulgeold2.cserva.hu and include pics and any relevant information and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
